- Liaisoning With Port Officials for Berthing Possibilities and Priorities.
- Arranging Sufficient Labour, Trailers, Trucks, Loaders and Other Equipment’s.
- Loading and Unloading Plans as per Stowage.
- Closely Liaisoning With Chief Officer and Master for Proper Loading and Unloading.
- Arranging of Port Chd Labour for Vessel Loading/Unloading Operation
- Arranging Proper Lashing and Shoring as Satisfied by Master/Chief Officer.
- Maintaining Delays in Vessel or Any Other Delays in Timings.
- Vessel and Cargo Documentation With Port Authorities.
- Maintaining Daily Reports Acknowledged by the Master.
- Updating Operational Reports to Clients Regarding Loading and Unloading on Daily Basis.
Arranging open yards and closed Warehouse as per the requirement of clients. Delivering goods to the utmost satisfaction of the clients.
